Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct detailing services such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Ensure all windows are cleaned and free of streaks or smudges.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Assist with any additional janitorial or custodial tasks as required to maintain a clean environment.
- Ceramic Coating experience preferred
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques used in automotive care.
- Experience in buffing and polishing vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and efficiently; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Janitorial or custodial experience is beneficial for maintaining cleanliness standards.
