Long Island General Contractor seeks a motivated and dedicated estimator with a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial and industrial construction with strong public works background. Must be able to take-off all trades, read, analyze, interpret and understand plans and specs and construction data. Manage distribution of drawings, qualify subcontractors, solicit bids and analyze proposals. Responsibilities include preparation of estimates and create formal proposals for submission to clients. Microsoft Office, On-Screen Takeoff and Plan Swift Software knowledge a plus.
