Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless, engaging welcome experience for our newest hires across the country. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll guide remote and field-based employees through their first steps—providing virtual support, training, and everything they need to hit the ground running. - Fully remote work environment

Full Time, 40 hours per week

Starting in June and running through December 31st, with potential of becoming a permanent member of our Team

Lead engaging remote onboarding experiences tailored to different teams and roles

Guide new hires through completing electronic paperwork, including tax forms and required documents

Host virtual sessions (via Microsoft Teams) to walk employees through account setup, logins, and key tools

Be the go-to support for new hire questions—especially around remote work, tools, and communication platforms

Partner with IT to make sure new hires are fully set up with the right equipment and access

Offer ongoing support with virtual Q&A sessions and helpful resources

Keep an eye on onboarding progress to ensure a smooth, successful start
-
Maintain accurate and organized records across all onboarding systems

1-2 years of experience supporting HR processes and onboarding activities

Comfortable using cloud-based tools and systems to manage new hire info and records

Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a people-first approach

Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail

Positive team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work remotely

Access to a quiet home office space with high-speed internet connectivity
- Flexible scheduling availability to work some weekend hours - up to twice per month as needed/requested

Mobile and able to sit for periods of time

Able to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office company issued equipment
