Position Summary:
The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. This role is responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Write repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and updates to customers
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups
- Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge required (advanced knowledge preferred)
- Proficiency with dealership software systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Xtime, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
