Work as an Enrollment Specialist for Vitasya Healthcare Consultants. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients and caregivers into our programs, enabling them to receive the care they require.
Full Time: M-F 9 AM to 5 PM
Onsite Required
50K-60K Base Salary + Bonuses

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare intake, case management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicaid Waiver programs and their eligibility criteria is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, caregiver, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to accurately collect and record client information.
- Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and their families while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess client and caregiver needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office suite. Willingness and ability to use mobile applications

Responsibilities/essential functions: The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Conduct Client Intakes: Collect and verify client information, including medical history and eligibility documentation, to determine program qualification.
- Coordinate Caregiver Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new caregivers, including orientation, credential verification, and initial training coordination.
- Maintain Records and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of all client and caregiver interactions, adhering to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and case managers to support seamless communication and enrollment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with clinical, operations, and scheduling teams to ensure all services are properly aligned and activated.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Address any onboarding or intake-related concerns raised by clients or caregivers and support their successful integration into services.
- Daily Reporting & Caseload Updates: Participate in daily team meetings to review caseloads, flag high-priority cases, and contribute to operational planning.
- Support Recruitment Pipelines: Help build and maintain a steady pipeline of caregiver candidates aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to improve the efficiency and quality of intake and onboarding procedures.
