Full Job Description

Where: Scranton, PA

We are currently looking for Production Assembly Line Worker to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Has great leadership experience
Willing to be part of the team
Can meet and exceed deadlines
Perform quality checks
Feed raw materials into production machinery
Assembly goods on the production lines
Carry out basic quality and testing checks
Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse
Pack goods to be shipped
Maintain work areas and equipment
Willingness to work in different departments varying on the needs of the company
Other duties as assigned

Production Operators Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required
1 to 2 years’ experience in leadership roles
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Capable of lifting 50 to 100 pounds unassisted
Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
