Position Overview
We are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals providing on-site substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. This role involves facilitating individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients throughout their recovery journey. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, with licensure preferred, and is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy as well as facilitate group sessions
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality client care
Document progress notes and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training as required
Support clients through all levels of care within the program’s integrated clinical model
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active clinical license in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred
Experience in substance use disorder or dual-diagnosis treatment preferred
Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
