The Wanderlust Co. manages approximately 100 short-term rental properties across Northwest Arkansas — from Bentonville to Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell, Bella Vista, Garfield, Eureka Springs, and beyond. We're a growing, operations-driven hospitality brand focused on delivering a polished guest experience at scale.
We're looking for a Property Manager who is organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in making every property run well. This role sits at the intersection of guest experience, owner relations, and day-to-day operations — and no two days look exactly alike.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll oversee a portfolio of short-term rental properties, working with guests, owners, vendors, and our internal team to ensure every property is guest-ready, well-maintained, and performing at its best. You'll work closely with our operations and communications teams while owning your portfolio independently. This is a Thursday–Monday position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Guest experience
- Serve as a point of escalation for guest issues, ensuring fast and professional resolution
- Coordinate with the communications team to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and stay experiences
Property operations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and brand standards are met
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor scheduling in a timely manner
- Track and follow up on open maintenance tickets from identification through resolution
- Ensure properties are properly stocked, staged, and ready for every arrival
Team coordination
- Collaborate with cleaning teams to maintain turnover quality and scheduling
- Flag property-level concerns to the asset management and operations teams
- Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (STR experience a strong plus)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel across the NWA region
- Comfortable with property management software and digital tools (Guesty experience a bonus)
- Thursday–Monday availability required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
