Day-to-Day:
- Talk with pre-qualified clients via phone or Zoom — leads are provided
- Understand each family's situation and match them with the right coverage
- Guide clients through a simple online enrollment process
- Track your own progress and stay consistent with follow-ups
Ideal Candidate:
- Based anywhere in the US
- Comfortable having conversations and building rapport quickly
- Coachable and open to daily training
- Self-disciplined — you don't need someone watching over you to stay on task
- Motivated by growth, both in income and responsibility
