About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous operation of our production floor by performing expert diagnostics and preventative maintenance. You will leverage your technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of our high-output industrial machinery.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs and routine maintenance on industrial production equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Perform precision disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of machinery to address wear and prevent future failures.

Fabricate and repair components through welding and metalwork to support equipment longevity.

Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and repairs to support data-driven equipment management.

Collaborate with production teams to implement safety improvements and maintain a high-functioning work environment.

Clean, lubricate, and calibrate systems to uphold strict quality and performance standards.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role with a focus on heavy industrial equipment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, motor control circuits, and VFDs.

Strong working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Demonstrated expertise in both mechanical troubleshooting and electrical system diagnostics.

Advanced technical experience with flexographic printing presses or blown film extrusion lines.

Hands-on experience with HVAC system maintenance and repair.

Formal training or certification in industrial maintenance or related mechanical fields.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for documentation.
