You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio, build long term relationships and become the person clients pick up the phone to when they need advice, not just when it's time to file a return.
The client base keeps things interesting too. Family offices, private equity, hedge funds, partnerships and high net worth individuals, giving you exposure to a wide range of complex work without feeling like every week is the same.
They're looking for a CPA with at least five years of public accounting experience, strong partnership and K1 experience, and someone who's confident reviewing work, mentoring junior staff and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
