Position Summary
We're looking for a senior partner enablement and success professional to build and lead enablement strategy across our Databricks and Snowflake partnerships. You'll drive AI adoption, build partner readiness from scratch, and help data and analytics teams develop practical expertise that translates into stronger customer outcomes. This is a zero to one environment, so you'll be building the enablement function rather than scaling an existing one.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the primary enablement and success lead for Databricks and Snowflake partnership initiatives, building trusted relationships with data platform leaders, field teams, data engineers, and analytics and ML practitioners. You'll design and stand up enablement programs from the ground up, lead readiness conversations across technical audiences, and deliver workshops, briefings, and train-the-trainer sessions. Along the way, you'll translate AI and data capabilities into practical learning experiences that keep partnership priorities and internal enablement efforts aligned.
What You'll Bring

Eight plus years of experience in partner enablement, strategic partnerships, customer success or L&D

Direct experience with Databricks, Snowflake, data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML environments

Track record of building enablement programs from scratch, this is a builder role, not an optimizer role

Comfort engaging data engineers, analytics teams, and ML practitioners as your core audience

Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presence

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
