Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and speak English. (High School Diploma or GED) Bi-Lingual is a PLUS.
- Ability to support the Crew Leader in ALL aspects of a lawn care or landscape project without hesitation.
- Ability to operate ALL hand tools (i.e. pruners, lopers, hammers, etc.)
- Ability to operate ALL small engine landscape tools (i.e. line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
- Ability to operate commercial Toro & Scag mowers (walk behind as well as zero-turn)
- Ability to lift 80 pounds from the ground without assistance.
- Ability to work outdoors in ALL Seasons.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods without excessive fatigue.
- Ability to exhibit PRIDE within their work and ensure the job is completed to our client’s satisfaction.
Pay Range: $12/hr – $17/hr depending on experience and work ethic.
