The Opportunity
We're looking for more than an exceptional surgeon, we're looking for someone who wants to become the face of a rapidly growing aesthetic practice.
This is an opportunity to step into an established, high-volume surgical practice with an existing patient pipeline, experienced clinical team, and sophisticated business infrastructure already in place.
You'll spend your time doing surgery, consulting with patients, refining your craft, and growing your reputation not worrying about marketing campaigns, payroll, staffing, billing, or operational headaches.

What You'll Own
Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including:
- Breast augmentation
- Breast lift and revision surgery
- Mommy Makeovers
- Liposuction
- Abdominoplasty
- Body contouring
- Facial rejuvenation procedures
- Body rejuvenation surgeries
You'll own each patient's surgical journey from consultation through postoperative care with a relentless commitment to safety and outstanding outcomes.
Patient Experience
Build lasting patient relationships through:

What We're Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon
- Expertise in breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetics, and full-body rejuvenation
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a high-performance culture
- Desire to build a long-term aesthetic practice
- Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
