Job Summary
Membrane Concepts is the nation’s leading installer of 60mil PVC membrane systems for Pools and Decking. We are looking for an experienced full-time heat gun welder who is highly skilled working with 60mil PVC membranes. Position requires using Leister handheld heat guns and robotic welders to weld PVC membrane together at the seams and corners.
This role involves significant travel. Projects run nationwide, and team members generally work 6–8 consecutive weeks on the road, followed by a two‑week break at home between projects. Compensation will be based upon skill and experience level. Overtime is available as are Career advancement opportunities. Per Diem is included and all travel costs are covered.
Duties
- Install materials such as PVC membranes according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing materials.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial rubber membrane roofing required.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in roofing applications.
- Experience with PVC welding & operating a Leister heat gun is required. (skill must be demonstrated)
- A background in general construction is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a positive willingness to learn attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
