Responsibilities-
Facilitate engaging classroom and laboratory sessions that foster student mastery of aircraft systems and maintenance protocols.

Deliver hands-on technical training, guiding students through real-world scenarios in aircraft diagnostics, repair, and component maintenance.

Partner with academic staff to refine curriculum materials, ensuring course content remains aligned with current industry standards and technological advancements.

Provide personalized mentorship to students, encouraging critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills throughout their training.

Maintain a rigorous safety-first culture by modeling best practices and ensuring all laboratory activities adhere to industry safety regulations.

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their technical development and career readiness.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on professional experience in aviation maintenance.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

Demonstrated patience and an empathetic approach to supporting diverse learning styles.

Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.

Previous experience in training, coaching, or technical instruction.
