Small 6-Bed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF)
We are seeking a caring and reliable Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a quiet 6-bed Congregate Living Health Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking flexibility and a low-stress work environment while providing high-quality care to a small number of residents.
Position Highlights:
- Per diem position – work only the shifts you choose
- No minimum shift requirement or ongoing commitment

Preferred Experience:
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or subacute experience preferred
- Ventilator management experience preferred
- Tracheostomy care experience preferred
- Feeding tube (G-tube/PEG tube) experience preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Medication administration and medication pass
- Administer treatments as ordered
- Assess and monitor resident health status
- Provide skilled nursing care, including ventilator and tracheostomy care as appropriate
- Manage enteral feedings and feeding tubes
- Complete physician orders and communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care
