Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
Assist with ADLs including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
Support repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean environment and respond to call lights promptly
Assist with meals, nutrition, and resident preferences
Document care and ensure resident rights, comfort, and dignity are upheld
