Job Title: Fitness Membership Sales Advisor

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a hybrid of front desk operations, sales execution, facility upkeep, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Coverage:
- Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle check-ins, inquiries, and guest traffic efficiently
- Manage POS transactions and produce sales
- Maintain front desk/facility cleanliness and organization
Sales & Memberships:
- Conduct gym tours and present membership options to potential guests
- Sign up new members, explain membership terms, and answer related questions
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion goals
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails
- Set appointments for prospective members and ensure proper follow-up
Lead Generation & Marketing:
- Distribute flyers in surrounding areas to drive foot traffic and brand awareness
- Engage in exterior marketing efforts including canvassing nearby businesses and communities
- Collect and input new leads into the registry system
Facility Maintenance:
- Assist with cleaning duties to ensure gym equipment and common areas are sanitized and well-maintained
- Participate in daily cleaning schedules for both the interior and exterior of the facility
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching prospective customers
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Working Conditions:
