We are a growing property management and home service company looking for a reliable, experienced licensed or certified plumber to join our team. Our work is primarily residential with some light commercial projects. We are seeking someone who is professional, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple service calls per day.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Perform general plumbing maintenance and service work
- Complete 4–5 service calls per day at different properties
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Provide recommendations and solutions when needed
Requirements:
- Valid plumbing license or certification (Journeyman or higher preferred)
- Experience in residential plumbing service and repairs
- Own tools and reliable vehicle
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bonus Skills:
- Sales experience or ability to recommend upgrades/services
- Basic HVAC or general maintenance knowledge
