Job Summary:
At Kids Club ABA - VA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality ABA therapy for children. As a Lead BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate with other team members. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments
Provide training to parents and staff
Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
Maintain records and documentation
Attend professional development activities
Supervise RBTs
Opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles
Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Total Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.
