I am the owner/ operator of an electric lawn care/ landscaping company. My company uses the most cutting edge electric technology and operates solely in coastal Westerly, RI. Electric lawn care allows you to do what you love outside without damaging your hearing or breathing in the hazardous emissions that gas engines create. Hard workers with little experience are encouraged to apply. I am looking for a candidate that has extensive previous landscaping experience in lawn care and hedge trimming that will lead crews and oversee daily operations. All landscaping work is performed. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend/ kneel and walk the majority of the day. Must have daily transportation to work.
Compensation: Full time: $28-$33/ hour starting depending on experience with references that I can verify. Free housing is an option. Unlimited earnings potential, if work is exceptional, raises will be given generously. Paid Time Off. Paid Holiday Time Off. Candidate will work with owner side by side and be groomed for future management position. Business is growing rapidly due to embracing the most modern/ innovative landscaping solutions utilizing experience that goes back multiple generations. Career path is laid out including promotions, managerial stepping stones, and compensation increases. This is a Year Round (including Winters) position.
