We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is intended for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong service foundation and a genuine passion for wine, who thrives in a refined, fast-paced fine dining environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of fine dining serving experience required
Advanced wine knowledge required (confident discussing regions, varietals, styles, pairings, and proper wine service)
Experience working within a wine-driven or chef-driven restaurant preferred
Strong understanding of coursed service and timing
Ability to maintain composure and precision during high-volume services
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A team-first mindset with a consistently professional demeanor
Availability
Mostly AM and some PM shifts available
Saturday and Sunday Brunch required
Sunday availability is essential
