About the Role:
As a Customer Interactor at Prostriker's, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience. Your responsibilities will include:
· Greeting customers and providing friendly and informative service.
· Assisting customers in selecting the appropriate equipment and packages.
· Setting up pitching machines, adjusting speeds, and ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
· Providing basic instruction and guidance on batting techniques, equipment uses, and safety.
· Monitoring the batting cages for safety concerns and enforcing rules and regulations.
· Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
· Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility presentable.
· Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
· Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
· Sports experience in baseball, softball, cricket, soccer, or field hockey is a plus.
· Coaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation:
· Competitive salary with additional commissions for equipment sales and membership enrollments.
