Requirements of a Salon Manager:
- Stylist experience with 3-5 years full service hair salon management
- Full-time position, including weekends
- Ability to manage staff schedule and daily operations
- Responsible for assisting with hiring and recruiting
- You should be excellent at managing a team and maintaining a professional environment, with the ability to coach, train, and inspire your team to grow their skills, build confidence, and deliver an outstanding client experience

Salon Manager must have a valid Florida Cosmetology License and be up to date with current industry standards. Please be prepared to provide your FL license number.
*Compensation range encompasses performance, tips (estimated 30% of your compensation), product sales, commissions for services, and experience.
