Our client, a company with high-volume blue-collar labor hiring needs, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source qualified candidates, manage the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with all applicable employment laws.

Focus of the Role
This position is centered on high-volume recruiting for blue-collar labor roles across multiple positions — no specialized technical skills required for the hires themselves, just reliable candidates ready to work.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels
Review resumes, evaluate candidates, and recommend qualified applicants for open positions
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate applicant and position data within the ATS
Analyze recruiting metrics and generate regular reporting on hiring activity and performance
Support workforce planning initiatives using recruiting data and enterprise tools
Support employer branding initiatives
Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including Affirmative Action requirements
Support additional HR initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
2–4 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience in a high-volume environment
Experience recruiting within transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, food service, or similar industries highly preferred
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruiting best practices
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics/reporting
Multilingual skills highly desirable
PHR or SPHR certification a plus
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
