Title: Supply Chain Manager, Johnson Camp Mine
and Gunnison Project

Reporting to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager manages procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, sourcing, contracts, and ERP-related supply chain functions to maximize operational efficiency, support production objectives, and minimize total cost of ownership. Mining experience required. This is a site-based role.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies supporting operational, maintenance, construction, and capital project requirements.
- Direct responsibility for inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, cycle count programs, ABC analysis, obsolete inventory reduction, and working capital management.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, freight procurement, transportation providers, and material delivery performance.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, should-cost analysis, and cost reduction programs.
- Oversee RFx processes, supplier selection, contract negotiation, contract administration, renewals, and closeout activities.
- Serve as business owner for ERP supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, receiving, warehousing, vendor master maintenance, and reporting.
- Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Construction teams to ensure availability of critical materials and spare parts.
- Participate in shutdown planning, major maintenance events, and capital project execution.
- Manage supplier performance programs and long-range supplier development strategies.
- Lead and mentor direct reports while promoting safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or materials management.
- Mining, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory assets exceeding $1 million.
- Proven experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
- Strong ERP system knowledge and business process improvement experience.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Promote compliance with company safety policies, environmental requirements, procurement governance, and regulatory standards.
- Support site-wide safety initiatives and operational risk management activities.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid Drivers’ License
- Good verbal and writing skills including the ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Successfully interact with a wide variety of individuals in a team environment to achieve completion of the construction project;
