About Zeta
Zeta is a growing enterprise IT hardware company. We buy, test, and resell servers and server components — memory, network cards, CPUs, GPUs, optical transceivers, and SSDs — to business customers across the U.S. and internationally. We're standing up a new Kansas City warehouse and building the team from the ground floor, which means real opportunity to grow with the company as we expand.
What You'll Do
You'll be a key part of daily warehouse operations, working across three core areas:
– Receiving: Unload, inspect, count, and log incoming inventory; verify shipments against purchase records.
– Testing: Test and verify the functionality and authenticity of hardware components (memory modules, NICs, transceivers, CPUs, GPUs, SSDs, and more) using our tools and procedures.
– Shipping: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time, both domestic and international.
– Inventory & organization: Keep records accurate in our inventory system and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
What We're Looking For
– Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented — accuracy matters a lot in this work.
– Comfortable handling small, delicate electronic components with care.
– Basic computer skills (data entry, looking up part numbers, using inventory/shipping software).
– Able to work on-site full-time in Kansas City, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay on your feet during a shift.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn — we'll train the right people.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
– Prior warehouse, shipping, electronics, or IT experience.
– Familiarity with server or enterprise hardware.
– Experience with shipping software or e-commerce order fulfillment (e.g., eBay).
– Experience testing or troubleshooting computer hardware.
