Our client is expanding their Phoenix team and is looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join them as In-Store Sales Assistants. This isn't a traditional retail role. Instead, you'll represent exciting brands at promotional events and high-footfall locations, engaging directly with customers and creating memorable experiences.
Working across a variety of venues, including shopping centers, retail partner locations, sporting events, and community pop-up events, you'll enjoy plenty of variety while developing valuable sales and customer service skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers at promotional events and branded campaigns
- Creating positive first impressions and building rapport with the public
- Demonstrating products and services in an informative and engaging way
- Answering customer questions and providing tailored recommendations
- Helping drive sales and customer acquisitions for client campaigns
- Working across a range of event locations throughout the Phoenix area
- Assisting with event setup, presentation, and overall customer experience
- Collaborating with teammates to achieve individual and team goals
