Pay & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $7.25/hour + tips
- Expected Total Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (after tips)

Responsibilities:
- Craft classic and signature cocktails, pour wine, and serve craft beverages with speed, precision, and presentation.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of our food menu, wine pairings, craft spirits, and cocktail history to guide guest choices.
- Deliver polished, attentive service to bar guests while efficiently fulfilling drink tickets for the dining room.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout shift.
- Adhere to all South Carolina alcohol safety laws and ID verification standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in an elevated, upscale, or fine-dining setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail technique, and flavor pairing.
- Professional demeanor, warm presence, and outstanding communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with SC Alcohol Handlers training.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak dining hours
