Clinical Director / Partner Clinician (BCBA)
Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services designed to help them thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally appropriate learning tailored to each child and family. Our care model brings together ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services, with a focus on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a play-based, naturalistic approach to ABA for young children.
Join an organization working to raise the standard for autism care while building a different kind of clinical career for BCBAs.
How the role is designed:
Soar's Clinical Director, or Partner Clinician, role is built for experienced BCBAs who want to expand their impact from delivering great care themselves to shaping the quality of care across an entire clinical team. You'll serve as the senior clinical leader for one to three Soar centers, coaching and developing BCBAs and Clinical Trainers, guiding complex clinical decision-making, and taking ownership of the clinical quality and outcomes of the centers you support.
This role keeps you meaningfully connected to clinical care while giving you the opportunity to lead at a broader level. You'll partner closely with center operations and regional clinical leadership, help clinicians grow in Soar's ESDM-based care model, and turn clinical standards into consistent, high-quality practice. For experienced clinicians who want to lead other leaders, influence how care is delivered at scale, and continue building toward broader regional or specialized clinical leadership, the Partner Clinician role offers a clear next step.
Compensation and role design:
- Base pay: $114,500 - $119,500. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications. Additional compensation beyond the range, up to $20,000 per year for achieving ESDM certification.
- Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, based on start date and location.
- Support and training: Deep onboarding and ongoing development in our ESDM-based care model, with close support from regional and national clinical leaders.
- Clinical growth: Build leadership experience across clinicians, centers, and clinical quality initiatives, with pathways toward regional leadership and specialized clinical roles.
- Culture that lives out our Values: High Expectations that raise the bar, Collaboration that brings us together as one team, and Fun you can feel the moment you walk into our centers.
