Position Summary
Freedom Air Services is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Charter Sales Representative to join our growing charter sales team. This is a sales-focused position responsible for generating new charter business, cultivating long-term client relationships, and managing charter requests from initial inquiry through trip completion.

Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound charter inquiries.
- Generate new charter business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship development.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with charter clients, aircraft owners, brokers, and industry partners.
- Prepare accurate and competitive charter quotes.
- Negotiate pricing while maximizing company profitability.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and departmental objectives.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Freedom Air's aircraft management and aviation services.
- Represent Freedom Air professionally at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Charter Operations & Client Experience
- Manage charter trips from initial inquiry through completion.
- Coordinate with Operations and Flight Coordinators to ensure flawless trip execution.
- Source qualified third-party aircraft when Freedom Air aircraft are unavailable.
- Ensure outsourced trips meet Freedom Air's safety, service, and profitability standards.
- Coordinate catering, hotels, ground transportation, rental vehicles, and other concierge services as requested.
- Monitor active trips and communicate schedule updates or changes to clients.
- Exercise sound judgment in resolving customer concerns and operational challenges.
- Conduct post-trip follow-up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
CRM & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the company CRM.
- Track customer preferences, travel history, and follow-up opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and charter trends.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Freedom Air's managed fleet and charter capabilities.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, customer outreach campaigns, and promotional events.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute ideas for business development and process improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management required.
- Experience in private aviation, luxury travel, hospitality, or transportation industries is highly desirable.
- Aircraft charter sales or brokerage experience is a significant advantage.
