Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Dry Van Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across designated routes. In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers equipped with Automatic transmissions, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently by planning routes that optimize time and fuel consumption while maintaining punctuality.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load securement.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage logs, inspection reports, and driver logs in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure proper handling of specialized freight such as refrigerated goods or hazardous materials if applicable.
Experience
- Proven truck driving experience with a focus on dry van operations; previous delivery driver experience preferred.
- Skilled in driving tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions; familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks is a plus.
- Knowledge of route driving best practices along with load & unload procedures for various freight types.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record; endorsements for tanker or refrigeration units are advantageous.

- Minimum 2 Years of Driving Expereince, with no prior accidents, or reckless driving
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
