Concept Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Part-Time and PRN opportunities in a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements:
What You'll Do
Working under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the established plan of care.

Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, cognition, and functional performance.

Communicate patient progress with therapists, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Complete timely documentation, treatment notes, and daily billing.

Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.
Qualifications

Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
