Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct door-to-door outreach by visiting prospective customers in assigned neighborhoods or territories
- Present product or service benefits clearly and passionately, tailoring pitches to meet individual customer needs
- Engage in active negotiation to secure sales agreements that benefit both the customer and the company
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous contacts to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company branding standards during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect quickly with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with telemarketing, outbound calling, and inside sales strategies to generate leads and close deals effectively
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, business development, and marketing initiatives
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward reaching sales targets and expanding territory opportunities
