Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in staffing agency recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in medical staffing. This role requires a results-driven professional who can source, screen, and place qualified candidates while maintaining high standards of client and candidate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for various client positions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and credential verification (especially for medical roles)
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently
- Stay up to date on industry trends, particularly within medical staffing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a staffing agency (required)
- Experience in medical staffing strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65,000 + commission opportunities
