Employment Eligibility (E-Verify)

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day field operations while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and schedule expectations.
- Plan and coordinate multifamily siding, exterior renovation, and building envelope projects from start to finish.
- Supervise field employees, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to McLeod Construction's quality standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively while minimizing project delays.
- Ensure compliance with Washington State building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, schedules, inspections, and photo records.
- Foster a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship.
What You Bring

10+ yearsof commercial or multifamily construction experience, including 3+ years in a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead role.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing multifamily siding, recladding, exterior renovation, or building envelope projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic construction management software.
- Physical ability to perform field inspections, climb ladders, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.

Experience supervising projects involving:

Multifamily siding replacement and recladding
- Building envelope restoration
- Window and door replacement
- Flashing and waterproofing systems
- Sealants and exterior moisture protection
- Structural framing and exterior repairs
- Occupied multifamily renovation projects
- Insurance restoration or capital improvement projects
