The Concrete Guy specializes in polished concrete, epoxy flooring, polyaspartic systems, urethane cement, grind & seal, concrete repair, and surface preparation for commercial and industrial clients throughout the Midwest.
We are looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and can lead crews safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews
- Operate concrete polishing and surface preparation equipment
- Install epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems
- Read plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities
- Train and mentor crew members
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Communicate daily progress, challenges, and material needs with management
- Maintain company equipment and jobsite organization
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
QualificationsPreferred
- 3+ years of concrete polishing experience
- 3+ years of resinous flooring/coatings experience
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
- Experience with shot blasting, grinding, joint filling, and concrete repairs
- Ability to travel overnight when needed
Required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.

- Ability to work independently and lead a crew
