Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, competitive, and self-motivated Outbound Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, isn't discouraged by rejection, and takes pride in creating opportunities through disciplined outbound activity. Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound phone calls and prospecting
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Contact referral opportunities, win-back prospects, and previous quotes
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps
- Cross-sell auto, home, renters, life, umbrella, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects until a buying decision is made
- Accurately document customer interactions within agency systems
- Participate in coaching, training, and weekly sales meetings
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in outbound, inside sales, retail, B2B, or customer-facing roles
- Insurance license preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty License (agency assistance available for qualified candidates)
- Life & Health License is a plus
