We are a welding, fabrication, and erection company looking for full-time help. We are looking for workers that exhibit leadership and skill in their work.
We are currently hiring an ironworker whose responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Erect structural steel frameworks
-Install metal handrails and stairs on commercial and residential jobs.
-Operate machinery (boom lifts, telehandlers, ect) to move metal pieces into place
-Plumb and level steel using the necessary tools, such as lasers and levels
-Connect beams and columns via bolts and stick welding. Read, understand, and follow blueprints. Signal crane operators when lifting and positioning iron and steel
-Install steel siding and roofing sheets on prefab steel buildings
-Follow all company, industry, and government regulations and safety protocols
This job requires you to be physically fit and healthy.
Travel Requirements: 75% travel to local job sites 25% metal fabrication in company shop

Pay varies depending on skill level:
We offer competitive pay $23-30 per hour if skill and experience level is adequate
This is a small company (20 employees currently) but a lot of room for growth! We promote heavily from within and believe in providing a long term career for our team.
Must have valid driver’s license, strong work ethic, ability to take directions.
Attention to detail, understand the difference between the right way and the wrong way to do a job.
CDL desired but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy objects, and able to work in varying weather conditions
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor work environment subject to weather conditions.
- May involve extended working hours and occasional weekends, depending on project deadlines.

Expected hours: 45-50 per Week
Location: Fenton/Pontiac with travel to surrounding areas
