What You’ll Do:
- Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
- Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
- Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
What We’re Looking For
- Active NC Cosmetology License
- Experience as a hair stylist (men’s cutting preferred)
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for customer service and team development
