Valhalla Management is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lenexa/Bonner Springs area.
This position will be centered around daily maintenance work orders, scheduled preventative maintenance, and grounds keeping; responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· General maintenance duties (basic carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair, light HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
· Landscaping and grounds maintenance
· Preventative maintenance
· Maintaining equipment and maintenance inventory
· Ordering maintenance supplies
· Make-ready completion including cleaning and janitorial work
· On-Call responsibilities
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Must have basic maintenance tools
· Clear criminal background required
· Reliable transportation and clear driving record
· Ability to read online work orders and communication from supervisor and/or management
· Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions
· Ability to walk distances, lift appliances, and climb stairs
· Must use a IPhone
Position Details:
· Full Time, 40 hours per week and On-call

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
