This summer, Maliguna.com is taking over the high-end luxury beach experience market. We’re redefining premium leisure, and we need someone who understands the vibe, aesthetic, and high standards of the luxury lifestyle.
We’re looking for a multi-hyphenate Luxury Growth, Content & Experience Intern to be our boots on the ground. Because we’re a fast-moving startup, you’ll wear many hats: one day you’re pitching general managers at five-star boutique hotels, the next you’re onboarding an exclusive luxury vacation rental property, and that weekend you’re out capturing stunning visual content on the sand. If you want a summer role where you can rub shoulders with high-net-worth travelers, build a high-ticket sales portfolio, and create breathtaking content, this is your sandbox.
Your Main Hustles (What You'll Actually Do)
- Lock In Premium Partners: Scout, pitch, and secure partnerships with high-end beach hotels, luxury vacation rental properties, and premium seaside experience providers.
- Acquire VIP Customers: Hustle to find and convert new customers—ranging from affluent local residents looking for a staycation to luxury tourists looking for the ultimate beach itinerary.
- Aesthetic Content Capture: Head out to our partner properties and beach setups to shoot high-end, aspirational photos, Reels, and TikToks that capture the true essence of luxury hospitality.
- Secure the Social Proof: Connect with our VIP guests and partners post-experience to harvest glowing reviews, testimonials, and premium user-generated content (UGC).
- Nurture & Retain: Luxury is all about the details. You’ll maintain immaculate client satisfaction, ensuring our high-end partners and guests receive white-glove treatment so they stay with us for the long haul.
- Drive the Bottom Line: Move the needle where it counts. Your ability to sign properties and lock in luxury travelers will directly drive our summer revenue.

- An Eye for Luxury Culture: You understand the premium market. You know what makes a property look "exclusive" and "five-star" on camera, and you understand the psychology of high-end consumers.
- Fearless Networker: You’re confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with hotel executives, property owners, and affluent clients.
- The Startup Chameleon: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love switching gears instantly from a high-stakes business meeting to creative content creation on the beach.
- Growth-Minded & Driven: You love the thrill of closing a deal. You aren't afraid of outreach, and you're motivated by seeing your efforts translate into actual luxury bookings.
- Visual Storyteller: You’re skilled with a smartphone camera, know how to utilize natural beach lighting, and can edit crisp, premium short-form video content (CapCut, Lightroom).
