At Milano Nail Spa Raintree Ranch, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional nail services in a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our salon and help create an outstanding experience for every guest.
Position Summary
As our Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the front of the salon run smoothly. You will greet guests, manage appointments, provide exceptional customer service, assist with salon operations, and support our technicians so every client enjoys a seamless visit.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcome and check in guests upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Offer guests beverages and maintain the salon drink menu.
- Check guests out using the salon's point-of-sale system.
- Process cash, credit card, gift card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Recommend retail products and promote salon services when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Restock beverages, refreshments, and front desk supplies.
- Assist in keeping the salon tidy throughout the day.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate with clients regarding schedule changes.
- Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure appointments stay on schedule.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support in obtaining content when necessary for social media platforms.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support the salon team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, receptionist, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Schedule
- Weekend availability is preferred
- 20-40 hours/week
Compensation
- Start at Arizona minimum wage $15.15
