Company Overview
Wayne is a globally recognized B2B brand platform for automotive and industrial products, now launching aggressively across the United States. We deliver premium, high-quality product lines at competitive prices, backed by a distinctive brand, established manufacturing partnerships, and a proprietary supply and financing model built for speed, reliability, and customer advantage.
Our U.S. entry covers a full portfolio: premium lubricants, filtration, brakes, belts, batteries, and parts. Lubricants lead the way, offering customers meaningful savings versus traditional market rates, and the remaining lines follow naturally as accounts grow with us.
Wayne customers receive flexible payment terms from their first order, including payment on delivery, net-30, and net-60 options, with no lengthy credit-approval wait. In an industry where buyers routinely prepay or wait months to earn terms from a new supplier, this is a significant competitive edge. Combined with pricing that undercuts major incumbents at equivalent product quality, it gives our sales team something genuinely different to sell.
The U.S. aftermarket is under real pressure right now. Tariffs have increased costs across the supply chain, distributors are absorbing higher prices on imported parts, and buyers are actively looking for alternatives that protect their margins without sacrificing quality. Wayne enters this market at exactly the right time, with the right offer.
Who This Role Is For
This role is built for experienced salespeople who already have an active book of wholesale customers and established relationships in the automotive or industrial aftermarket.
We are not looking for cold prospectors or generalist closers learning a new industry. We are looking for four professionals who can walk into this role and begin activating real buyers from their own network within weeks. Fleet operators, parts distributors, repair chains, lubricant buyers, industrial purchasing managers: if these are people you already know and have sold to, this is your role.
If you do not have an existing book of wholesale customers in automotive or industrial products, this position is not the right fit.
What You Will Sell
Wayne's full product portfolio across multiple automotive and industrial lines, starting with premium lubricants and expanding into filtration, brakes, belts, batteries, and parts as each account relationship deepens. Every product line is sourced from certified, top-tier manufacturing partners and priced to give your customers a meaningful advantage over what they are paying today.
Your customers will notice three things immediately: product quality that meets or exceeds the major brands they already use, pricing that is consistently below what they pay for equivalent specs, and payment terms that no other new supplier offers on a first order. That combination gives you a conversation starter that opens doors.
Realistic Earnings
Experienced representatives can reach an average of $180,000 per year or more, once trained and actively selling to a good number of customers from their own existing network. Early months are commission-weighted while your book activates, moving to a base plus uncapped commission structure as you convert accounts and demonstrate consistent closing.
This $180,000 figure is a realistic average for a productive representative with real industry relationships, not a guarantee. Actual earnings depend entirely on the accounts you activate and the volume you close. Representatives without an existing customer base will not reach this level.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate your existing customer base. This is your primary responsibility. Bring your established automotive and industrial relationships into Wayne's product lines, converting existing contacts into active Wayne accounts. Your personal network is the engine of this role.
- Present and close. Confidently present Wayne's product quality, competitive pricing, and the payment-terms advantage to buyers who already know and trust you. Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close recurring bulk orders.
- Grow each account across product lines. Start with lubricants or whichever line fits the account best, then introduce filtration, brakes, belts, batteries, and parts as the relationship deepens. The goal is to become the account's primary supplier across multiple categories.
- Manage relationships for repeat volume. Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers, aligning each account with its purchasing cycle and volume needs so orders repeat predictably.
- Collaborate and report. Partner with our marketing and operations teams on campaign refinement, share market intelligence, and keep accurate records in our CRM.
What We Require
All of the following are mandatory. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate these qualifications will not be considered.
- An existing book of wholesale customers (mandatory). You must have active, established relationships with wholesale buyers in automotive or industrial channels: fleet operators, lubricant distributors, parts distributors, repair or parts chains, or industrial purchasing departments. This is not a preference; it is the core requirement of the role. We will ask you to describe these relationships specifically during the screening process.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a relevant industry (mandatory). Documented track record of closing meaningful B2B deals in automotive lubricants, parts, fleet supplies, or similar industrial products. Volume order experience ($60K and up per order) is strongly preferred.
- Consultative selling ability. Strong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and CRM discipline. You sell on value and relationships, not just price.
- Self-directed professional. Comfortable working remotely, managing your own pipeline, and performing in a commission-weighted structure during the activation period. You are building something, not stepping into an established territory.
- U.S.-based with reliable home-office setup. High-speed internet required. Must be located in the United States.
Strong additional qualifications:
- Experience selling across multiple product categories to the same customer base (cross-sell / wallet-share growth).
- Familiarity with imported goods, bulk logistics, or B2B financing models.
- Relationships with buyers in states where Wayne is prioritizing early market entry.
What We Offer
- Earning potential. A realistic path to an average of $180,000 per year or more for representatives who bring and activate real customer relationships, through a base plus uncapped commission structure. A short qualification period (2 to 3 closed deals) confirms closing ability before full onboarding.
- A genuine competitive edge. Flexible payment terms from the first order, pricing that undercuts major incumbents at equivalent spec, and a supply model that eliminates inventory risk for your customers. You will sell an offer that is structurally better than what your buyers get from their current suppliers.
- Multiple product lines per account. Lubricants, filtration, brakes, belts, batteries, and parts. Each account you open grows as you introduce additional lines, compounding your commissions over time.
- Professional brand and marketing support. High-quality brand assets, professional marketing collateral, product specification sheets, and sales tools designed for B2B wholesale conversations. Wayne's brand presentation is at a level your customers are not used to seeing from a new entrant.
- Flexibility. 100% remote, work-from-home, with hours built around your peak productivity.
How to Apply
If you are an experienced salesperson with real wholesale customer relationships in automotive or industrial products, and you are ready to put that network to work for a well-backed brand entering the U.S. market with a genuinely superior offer, we want to hear from you.
Your application must include:
- Your resume.
- A brief cover letter highlighting your single biggest sales win.
- A short note describing the wholesale customer relationships you would bring to Wayne (industry segment, approximate number of active accounts, and the types of products you have sold to them). Applications without this information will not advance to screening.
