Controls Manager
Location: Marlborough, MA
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
Are you an experienced building automation professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Controls Manager to lead a talented team of programmers and field technicians at a growing building automation company based in Marlborough, MA.
In this role, you'll manage all technical aspects of our building automation projects, from planning to execution. You'll serve as the technical lead for your team and play an important role in supporting our sales staff by assisting with estimates and proposals.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of field technicians and programmers
- Oversee technical delivery of building automation projects
- Serve as the go-to expert for system design, troubleshooting, and integration
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate project estimates and proposals
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Proficiency in programming and project estimating
- In-depth knowledge of Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, and similar BAS platforms
- BAS certifications (a plus)
