What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging equipment
- Work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Support line changeovers and minimize downtime in a 24/7 production environment
- Partner with operations and quality to keep lines running safely
What you bring:
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage/CPG manufacturing preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude: bearings, belts, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps
- Electrical troubleshooting; PLC familiarity a plus
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
- Willingness to work an off-shift as needed
