Care with LOVE, a trusted provider of Home Care and Home Health Services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. We are committed to providing quality, patient-centered care that helps individuals maintain their independence and dignity at home.
We’re currently hiring:
- RNs to conduct skilled assessments and start-of-care visits.
- LPNs to provide direct patient care.
Responsibilities:
RNs:
- Complete initial and ongoing skilled nursing assessments
- Create personalized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of all care provided
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Conduct supervisory visits and perform reassessments when necessary
LPNs:
- Provide direct nursing care according to established care plans
- Observe patients’ conditions and communicate any changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with medication administration, wound treatment, and disease management
- Ensure all care is documented accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Active Virginia RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous home care or home health experience is preferred
- Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Salary:
RNs > $75 per Assessment or 1-hour shift / $50/hr for long-hour shifts
LPNs: $55/hr for 1-hour shift / $30-34 for long-hour shifts
