4. Position Purpose
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Manager. This role keeps our crews and trucks continuously supplied with the materials and parts they need, maintains complete inventory and purchasing records in ServiceTitan, and is accountable for order, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment. Beyond keeping the records, we expect this person to meet every deadline and to continuously improve and systematize our warehouse and procurement processes, working closely with our team.
5. Key Responsibilities
–Warehouse management: receiving, recording stock, storage, labeling, and issuing materials to crews.
–Stock control and minimum/maximum (par) levels, inventory counts, and timely replenishment.
–Procurement: creating requisitions and purchase orders, working with vendors, and controlling delivery timelines and costs.
–Maintaining all warehouse and purchasing records in ServiceTitan (inventory, purchase orders, write-offs, reports).
–Tracking high-value equipment: check-out and check-in with assignment to a responsible person, and condition control.
–Arranging equipment repairs with vendors; informing management about breakdowns and expected downtime.
–Evening kitting and loading of service vans for the next day's scheduled work.
–Allocating material usage to jobs (job costing) and keeping stock balances accurate.
–Regular reporting to management and meeting deadlines.
–Optimizing and systematizing warehouse and procurement processes.
6. Minimum Requirements
6.1. Experience: at least 3 year in warehouse operations in a plumbing company (experience in plumbing, construction, or home services is a plus).
6.2. English — at least Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate (daily communication with the U.S. team). Spanish is a plus.
6.3. Technical skills:
–Confident computer user; proficient with Excel / Google Sheets.
–Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong advantage (all records are kept in the system); or willingness to learn it quickly.
–Warehouse skills: receiving, recording stock, inventory counts, stock control.
–Procurement skills: creating requisitions and purchase orders, working with vendors, tracking deliveries.
6.4. Confident use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) to speed up routine tasks, data processing, and reporting; willingness to adopt new AI tools at work.
6.5. Experience handling large volumes of data / large databases.
6.6. Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple due dates.
6.7. 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse inventory manager in a plumbing company or/and plumbing warehouse.
6.8. Additional: driver's license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; forklift experience).

–Experience negotiating with vendors and optimizing purchasing costs.
–Experience tracking, issuing, and maintaining high-value equipment/tools and arranging repairs with contractors.
–Bilingual (English / Spanish).
9. We Will Not Consider Candidates Who:
–Have no hands-on experience in warehouse / inventory operations.
–Are not comfortable working accurately with large volumes of data.
–Consistently miss deadlines or cannot work to fixed due dates.
10. What We Offer
–Pay: $25.00-$35.00+ performance bonuses (to complete for the San Diego market).
