Starting Pay: $23.00/hour

Your Village Circle Home Services is looking for an experienced Team Lead to help us build a company that provides more than just cleaning—we provide relief, comfort, and peace of mind during some of life's most vulnerable seasons.
As one of our first team members, you'll play a key role in establishing our cleaning standards, training new employees, and helping shape the culture of our growing company. We're looking for someone who leads by example, values excellence, and has a heart for serving others.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential cleaning appointments throughout Utah County.
- Perform routine, deep, and specialty cleanings with exceptional attention to detail.
- Train, mentor, and coach new cleaning technicians using company standards.
- Ensure every home meets our quality expectations before leaving.
- Build trusting relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication.
- Support clients during vulnerable life seasons, including new parents, older adults, individuals recovering from surgery, and people living with disabilities.
- Help improve cleaning procedures and contribute ideas as our company grows.
- Occasionally assist with interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and company standards.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience (required).
- Has previous experience training, supervising, or mentoring other cleaners (preferred).
- Has a compassionate, patient, and service-oriented personality.
- Is comfortable supporting families experiencing major life transitions.
- Treats every client with dignity, kindness, and respect.
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Is dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is comfortable providing constructive coaching and helping others succeed.
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Can pass a background check.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience creating or following cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience cleaning luxury homes, deep cleans, or move-in/move-out cleanings.
- Comfortable using scheduling and communication apps.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
